Hello! My name is Soo and I want to make therapy simple and easy to access. I'm passionate about really listening to you and working collaboratively to make the most of therapy. We can create a transparent treatment plan to achieve your goals and overcome any barriers to success.
I work with people across the lifespan presenting with a range of concerns such as stress, anxiety and interpersonal relationships, primarily using a Cognitive-Behavioural approach. I also draw from other modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Dialectal-Behavioural therapy, and Attachment-Based therapy to personalise treatment plans based on the individual.
I come from an Asian background and can work with clients from various cultural backgrounds.
I graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and I am registered as a Psychologist with AHPRA and an Associate member of the APS. I can speak English and Korean.

FEES EXPLAINED

Therapy is a process, which can look different for everyone depending on their goals and needs. The first session is typically an assessment where we discuss your concerns and goals to create a program that is tailored to you. We can also discuss a realistic time frame for the program, including the frequency and expected number of sessions to achieve your goals.

There is a confirmation email at the time of the appointment, and a reminder email will be sent 48 hours before the appointment.
There is a cancellation policy that requires 24 hour notice for non-attendance of a booked session (cancellation or rescheduling). Notice of non-attendance less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur 50% of the appointment fee automatically.
This notice period allows me to offer the session to another individual who may have been waiting for an appointment time.

Court reports are available with separate fees and require 3-4 weeks to complete. Please send through a contact form for a quote
